What to include in your wedding stationery

So, what should I include in my stationery suite?

In short, whatever you want! You will need to convey key pieces of information, but how you communicate this is entirely up to you. From a full suite to having a wedding website to complement your invites, you can pick and choose the elements you want. Here are some examples:

Save The Dates

These are especially useful if you are having a destination wedding, a lot of guests are travelling from overseas, or your guests will need to book time off work. They help build anticipation, but also help you relax a little, knowing that your guests have your special date saved in their diaries.

Main Invitation

As well as looking beautiful, your invitations contain all the crucial information that your guests will need for your wedding: the venue, date and ceremony times, dress code, and of course, your names.

RSVPs

This useful little card allows your guests to confirm attendance of your wedding day, and can also be used to gather information such as dietary requirements and menu choices. You can either request a return by post, or require that your guests respond via email or wedding website.

Details and information

This is where you can list out the finer details of your big day, including accomodation and hotels, transport, parking, dress code if not included on the main invitation, and any pre-and post-wedding celebrations.
